Full Job Description

  • Rotation Module: Gain a holistic understanding of hotel operations through exposure to other departments, including Food & Beverage, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Engineering and Human Resources.
  • Leadership Development: Participate in team-leading tasks, management projects and various leadershipprogrammes.
  • Mentorship & Coaching: Work closely with assignedprogrammemanagers and mentors to guide your development.
  • Customised Training Plan: You will receive apersonalisedtraining plan tailored to your individual career objectives and developmental needs.

    We are seeking highly motivated individuals who possess the following:

  • Interest in Hospitality: A genuine interest in the hospitality industry and a desire to grow with Hyatt.

  • Relevant Experience: Previous internship or work experience in hospitality ora relatedfield is highly preferred. Studies in hospitality, hotel management,tourismor a related discipline would be beneficial, but are not essential.
