Full Job Description
- Leading the pre-school room and ensuring high-quality care and education
- Planning and delivering engaging, play-based activities in line with EYFS
- Supporting children's development, independence, and school readiness
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Monitoring and tracking children's progress
- Supporting and guiding team members within the room
- Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety standards are consistently met
Up to £32,800 per annum | 40 hours per week | All Year Round Be part of a warm and welcoming nursery based in a charming converted building, featuring spacious rooms and a beautiful garden designed to inspire exploration and play. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Room Leader to lead a pre-school room, supporting children as they develop confidence, independence, and key skills for their transition to school.
