Room Leader

The role: Room Leader - with a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification, The Room Leader is responsible for the effective day-to-day management of their designated room, working with children aged 2-3 years. The role involves leading and supporting the room team, delivering high-quality early years education and care, and ensuring that children's individual needs, development and well-being remain at the centre of practice.

Working closely with the Nursery Manager, the Room Leader will promote consistency across the nursery, maintain high standards of provision and create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment in which every child can thrive.

The Room Leader is expected to lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, initiative, accountability and a positive approach to teamwork.

· Be experienced and knowledgeable in the EYFS curriculum.

· Hold a relevant Early Years qualification

· Be positive and passionate about providing high standards of care and education in our Early Years settings.
