Room Leader

This nursery has been carefully designed to give children space to play, explore, and grow at their own pace. The Room Leader plays a key role in shaping the day, guiding practice in the room, and providing consistency for both children and staff.,

What You'll Need
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
• Recent
experience in a pre-school or nursery setting
• Confidence leading a room and supporting staff
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Additional training in safeguarding or child development
What You'll Do
• Lead the daily running of the pre-school room
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support learning and development
• Create a calm, engaging environment where children can thrive
• Support and guide practitioners within the room
• Maintain accurate observations, planning, and documentation
• Work closely with parents and the wider nursery team
  
  Level 3 childcare qualification or above.
• Recent
experience working within a pre-school room is essential.
• Applicants must be confident leading a room and supporting other practitioners.
