Level 3 Room Leader | £31,500 | 40 Hours per Week Step into a nursery designed with children in mind. Bright, airy rooms create a stimulating environment for exploration and creative play, while a large, fully enclosed garden - complete with a mud kitchen and free-flow outdoor access, bringing learning to life outside. - Lead the daily running of your room, ensuring a high-quality EYFS learning environment
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Observe, assess, and track children's progress, keeping learning journeys up to date
- Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and their families
- Support, mentor, and role-model best practice for junior practitioners in your room

- Level 3 Early Years qualification - Essential
- Proven experience in a room leader, senior practitioner, or key person role within an EYFS setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework, child development, and safeguarding
- Confident communicator with families and wider childcare teams
