Full Job Description

+ Lead the room team and daily activities.
+ Oversee observations, assessments and planning.
+ Maintain a safe, organised, high quality environment.
+ Build positive relationships with children and families.
What You Need
+ Level 3+ Early Years qualification (DfE approved)
+ Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge.
+ Experience leading a room or mentoring staff.
+ Confident communicator with a warm, positive approach.
