Leading the day-to-day running of your room, ensuring a stimulating and safe environment
Planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
Observing, assessing, and documenting children's development and progress
Mentoring and supporting room-based staff, acting as a positive role model
Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Contributing to the wider nursery team and supporting the senior leadership

They are now looking for a motivated and nurturing Room Leader to take ownership of their room, inspire their team, and deliver outstanding experiences for the children in their care., Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - essential
Experience in a senior or leadership role within a nursery setting - essential
Our client will also consider candidates looking to step up into their first Room Leader position, provided they hold the relevant qualification and demonstrate strong potential
A solid understanding of EYFS and child development
A passionate, child-centred approach with excellent communication skills

Up to £13.30 per hour | Full-Time, 40 hours per week | Ofsted Good Rating
