Successful applicants must:

• Be passionate about EYFS, with a clear vision and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
Curriculum:
• Be full of positive drive, energy and initiative
• Contribute to stimulating, interactive, child-centered indoor and outdoor environments that enrich and enhance provision and enable independence
• Use observations and any other relevant information to identify any children in the setting who are underachieving and ensure this is shared with practice leaders
• Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, parents, governors and wider community
• Be a positive role model for all pupils
• Have a relevant Level 3 qualification
  
  We are a welcoming, inclusive community with a diverse mix of pupils which includes an Additional Resourced Provision for pupils with Speech and Language needs and Physical Disabilities. Even though, we are a large school we pride ourselves on our sense of belonging and strong relationships in our school community.

• Workload and wellbeing trials to test ideas before rolling out across the school
• Open door policy with line managers, ELT and SLT
• Onsite councellors
• External support including EAP
• Wellbeing focus and opportunities in training and staff meetings
• Wellbeing focus as part of staff appraisals
• Wellbeing afternoons each term
• A team of Mental Health First Aiders to support and signpost staff members as needed
