Full Job Description
Successful applicants must:
- Be passionate about EYFS, with a clear vision and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum:
- Be full of positive drive, energy and initiative
- Contribute to stimulating, interactive, child-centered indoor and outdoor environments that enrich and enhance provision and enable independence
- Use observations and any other relevant information to identify any children in the setting who are underachieving and ensure this is shared with practice leaders
- Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, parents, governors and wider community
- Be a positive role model for all pupils
- Have a relevant Level 3 qualification

- Workload and wellbeing trials to test ideas before rolling out across the school
- Open door policy with line managers, ELT and SLT
- Onsite councellors
- External support including EAP
- Wellbeing focus and opportunities in training and staff meetings
- Wellbeing focus as part of staff appraisals
- Wellbeing afternoons each term
- A team of Mental Health First Aiders to support and signpost staff members as needed
