As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring each visitor experiences the highest standards of comfort and hygiene. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service that keeps guests coming back.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to meet cleanliness standards.
Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms in accordance with established protocols.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution.
Follow all health and safety regulations related to commercial cleaning and janitorial practices.
Keep accurate records of rooms cleaned and supplies used during each shift.
