Room Attendant

· Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms and suites in line with hotel quality and brand standards.

· Ensure all assigned rooms are inspected and ready for guest arrivals within expected timeframes.

· Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies whilst maintaining excellent presentation standards.

· Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, enquiries, and housekeeping-related concerns.

· Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and damaged items to the appropriate department in a timely manner.

· Accurately handle and record lost property items in accordance with hotel procedures.

· Collaborate with Guest Services and wider hotel teams to deliver a seamless and personalised guest experience.

· Manage daily room allocations and productivity targets while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and service quality.

You are a reliable, detail-oriented, and service-driven individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards. Previous housekeeping, hospitality, hotel, or cleaning experience is highly advantageous, although a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important. You enjoy working as part of a team, can manage your workload effectively in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction are essential for success in this role.
