Roofing

+ Carry out slating and tiling repairs, renewals, and installations. + Diagnose roofing defects and undertake remedial works. + Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales. + Comply with health and safety regulations and site-specific requirements. + Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment. + Liaise professionally with clients, tenants, and colleagues. + Complete relevant paperwork and job records as required.,

  + Proven experience as a Slater & Tiler.
+ Valid Asbestos Awareness Certificate. + Valid Working at Height Certificate. + Valid Manual Handling Certificate. + DBS Check. + Full UK driving licence and own transport. + Must supply and maintain own tools. + Strong knowledge of roofing materials, methods, and safe working practices. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,
