Full Job Description
The Waking Night Teams are responsible for providing support and safeguarding our clients, including dealing with emergencies. There will be 1 - 2 Waking Night Workers based at each residential project and as a Roaming Night Worker you will be required to support this work by assisting when our colleagues are in need of support or covering when they are absent. You will also have responsibility for maintaining a full and accurate log of events and reporting on incidents and any maintenance issues. The work will be varied and the responsive Roaming Night Workers will be a vital link between the 24-hour residential projects at night.
