Full Job Description
- Process road traffic offences and review supporting evidence and documentation.
- Assess camera-captured offences and progress cases in line with legislation, policy, and force procedures.
- Respond professionally, fairly, and empathetically to enquiries from members of the public via telephone, email, and correspondence.
- Accurately input, maintain, and retrieve information using police systems and databases.
- Complete case checks, escalation reports, and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with legal and organisational requirements.
- Support frontline Roads Policing officers through effective administrative and case management processes.
- Work to performance targets whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.
- Assist with continuous improvement activities and support the development and induction of new team members where required.
Strong communication and customer service skills. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confidence using IT systems and handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
