• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Support a portfolio of Freight Account Managers with customer accounts and queries.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Process bookings, shipment information, and related documentation.
• Handle invoice administration and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve customer issues proactively and professionally.
• Support business growth through exceptional customer service.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  
  Experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, retail, or another customer-focused role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• A positive, proactive, and curious mindset.
• Confidence working with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Desire to learn and develop your career.
• Logistics experience is beneficial but not required.
