You will support the successful day-to-day operation of the Amazon account, ensuring customer expectations, service levels, and operational KPIs are consistently achieved. The role is responsible for managing transport activities, resolving operational issues, supporting team performance, and maintaining excellent communication with customers, partners, and internal stakeholdersHow you create impact Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all collection and delivery requirements are met.Liaise with transport providers, warehouses, customers, and internal departments to resolve operational issues promptly.Respond to customer and operational escalations within one hour and ensure issues are managed through to resolution.Support team members by providing
