Full Job Description
We are a leading care provider seeking a skilled RMN for 2 of our homes based in West Yorkshire area to deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care to individuals with complex mental health conditions and challenging behaviours. This role is ideal for a nurse with at least 2-year experience in a similar position who is empathetic, resilient, and passionate about helping individuals improve their wellbeing while supporting them to live safely and independently. - In this vital clinical role, you will provide professional nursing support to adults with mental health needs, helping to improve their wellbeing and quality of life. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Administer medications and monitor residents' health status.
- Work alongside trained CHAPS staff to support safe and effective medication administration and best practice in medicines management
- Conducting clinical assessments, risk assessments, and care planning for individuals with mental health needs.
- Applying de-escalation and therapeutic communication techniques to manage challenging behaviours safely.
- Promoting recovery, independence, and emotional wellbeing through person-centred care approaches.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient progress.

- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
- Active NMC registration
- Right to work in the UK without restrictions
- Experience working with challenging behaviours and safeguarding vulnerable individuals
- Confidence using digital care systems and clinical documentation
- Excellent communication skills with a calm, compassionate approach
- Able to lead on night shifts when required
- Confidence in using digital care planning systems.

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications starting at £22 per hour - Permanent contract ,36 hours per week, night shifts
