Job Description The Senior Manager - Product Risk Partner, plays a critical role in delivering Visa Europe's 2030 Strategy by leading the design, development and scaling of high-impact payment products and solutions across the European market. Acting as a Senior Product Risk Partner, the role partners closely with commercial, technology, risk, legal and regional teams to translate client needs,
market trends and regulatory requirements into clear product strategies and roadmaps that drive growth, resilience and competitive advantage. In this role, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept and business case through delivery, launch and ongoing optimisation. This includes; Shaping product vision and strategy aligned to Visa 2030 priorities Prioritising investment decisions using data and customer insight ensuring products meet performance, control, resilience and compliance expectations within the European regulatory environment The Senior Manager engages with SVPs and the VEL Executive Leadership Team, providing clear product insights, recommendations and trade-offs to support confident decision-making Leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority, and embedding disciplined product governance and ownership Collaboration with Global Product Partners to ensure alignment

while tailoring solutions to European market needs Coach and develop colleagues, contributing to building a high-performing product culture help position Visa Europe as a trusted, innovative and client-centric partner in the payments ecosystem Qualifications Extensive experience in product management within payments, financial services, or regulated technology environments Deep understanding of the European payments ecosystem, including market dynamics, client needs, regulatory landscape, and competitive trends Knowledge of payment products, platforms and services, and how technology enables scalable, resilient solutions Proven track record of defining product strategy, building roadmaps, and delivering products through complex, matrixed organisations Ability to synthesise complex information and data into clear product insights, business cases and executive-level recommendations Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of how products drive revenue, client value and strategic
outcomes Experience working effectively with Risk, Legal, Compliance and Technology partners to deliver products in line with governance and regulatory expectations Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders (VP/SVP/ELT level) through clear, structured and data-driven communication Proven people leadership and coaching capability, with experience building high-performing, collaborative teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation and delivery of executive-level materials.
