The Risk Technology Platform Team is seeking a skilled C# .NET Developer to join our global team. You will design, develop, and maintain critical risk reporting infrastructure and core components supporting key tools for Risk Managers and business teams. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance risk reporting and analytics systems using C# and .NET.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk managers, data engineers, and DevOps, to deliver end-to-end solutions.


• Implement and enhance systems capable of processing large volumes of data with stringent performance and reliability requirements.


• Drive the adoption of best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration/deployment.


• Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the stability and scalability of the platform.


• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear updates and documentation.


• Culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on C# and .NET technologies.


• Proven ability to work independently, taking ownership of requirements from inception through to delivery in a remote/virtual team environment.


• Deep expertise in designing and implementing scalable, performant systems and associated design patterns.


• Experience building and supporting systems that process large datasets quickly and efficiently.


• Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality, reliable software, with proficiency in automated testing frameworks and tools.


• Strong knowledge of T-SQL and relational/OLAP database design patterns.


• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a closely related field.


• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Preferred/Desirable Skills

• Experience with data warehousing concepts and columnar databases such as Snowflake.


• Familiarity with load testing APIs, regression testing suites, and performance tuning.


• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS), containerization (Kubernetes), and related cloud-native technologies.


• Prior experience in the financial services or risk management domain is a plus.
