The post holder will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care that meets the individual needs of the designated patient population.,
- Providing safe, compassionate, and professional nursing care in line with Trust policies and NMC standards
- Being accountable for the delivery of care to a defined group of patients
- Organising and managing own workload
- Actively contributing to teaching, learning, and education programmes for staff and patient
- Make clinical decisions on treatment adjustments, flare management, and symptom control (escalating when appropriate).
- Supporting a positive learning environment and promoting continuous improvement in care delivery Please note that there will be manual handling involved with this post - staff will be expected to consistently support patients within the clinic environment, including assisting patients on and off examination couches, pushing wheelchairs, and supporting patients with mobility to and from clinic rooms.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
