Reward Strategy Lead - Hybrid & Analytics Partner


The Nursing and Midwifery Council is seeking a Reward Business Partner to shape and embed their approach to reward, located in London or Edinburgh. You will lead the development of key reward initiatives and provide expert reward advice to senior leaders, ensuring all practices are equitable and sustainable.


Applicants should have strong expertise in reward strategy, alongside analytical capability and the ability to influence stakeholders. The role offers a hybrid working model with a minimum of two office days per week.



  • Location: London or Edinburgh

  • Key responsibilities: Lead the development of key reward initiatives; provide expert reward advice to senior leaders; ensure reward practices are equitable and sustainable

  • Requirements: Strong expertise in reward strategy; analytical capability; ability to influence stakeholders

  • Work model: Hybrid working model with a minimum of two office days per week
