Cadent Gas Ltd Deliver the reward operations that underpin a fair and engaging colleague experience As our Reward Operations Officer, you'll play a central role in delivering high-quality reward activity across Cadent. This isn't just about processing data or answering queries - it's about ensuring our reward processes are accurate, well-governed and provide a positive experience for colleagues, managers and HR partners. This is a permanent role based at Ansty Business Park, Coventry, where you'll work closely with Reward Managers and wider HR teams to support the delivery of key reward processes. From annual pay and bonus cycles, recognition panels and job evaluation activity through to benefits administration and supplier management, you'll bring structure, insight and attention to detail to everything you do.
