Revenues Operations Manager

We're looking for a new Revenues Operations Manager to lead our high profile Business Rates service within the country's largest local authority. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on pace, complexity and challenge, driving performance, improving customer outcomes, and modernising how a critical public service is delivered. You'll lead, motivate and continue to develop a large operational team, turn policy and legislation into robust, efficient processes, and use insight, data and technology to continuously improve the billing, collection and recovery of approximately £510m of Business Rates income. If you're commercially astute, operationally strong, and passionate about delivering results in a complex environment we'd love to hear from you. You'll also be an integral part of the Revenues senior leadership team and contribute to the overall running of the service.
