We're looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to lead a Revenues and Inspection team within the Shared Revenues Partnership. You'll play a vital role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of service delivery across three local authorities: Babergh District Council, Ipswich Borough Council, and Mid Suffolk District Council. In this key leadership position, you'll be responsible for:

Managing and guiding your team to deliver effective and accurate administration of Council Tax, Non-Domestic Rates, and Housing Benefit Overpayments.
Ensuring compliance with agreed policies, procedures, and service standards.
Driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement across all revenue collection activities.
