Revenues Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Revenues Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining Council Tax, Sundry Debt and Business Rates accounts, applying relevant legislation and sound decision making skills to ensure accuracy and effective service., Maintain and update Council Tax, Business Rates and Sundry Debt accounts

Apply legislation and organisational procedures to make informed decisions

Provide high quality customer service to residents, businesses, and internal teams

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong customer service abilities and confident IT skills.

You should be a persuasive negotiator who is able to work independently as well as within a supportive team environment.

While previous knowledge of revenues work is preferred, it is not essential, as full training will be provided for the successful applicant.
