The role is predominantly a customer facing role providing opportunities to make a real difference to our customers' lives. As part of the Willowmere team you will provide support and signposting to our customers; and work with the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the scheme, promoting a friendly, vibrant community enabling our customers at Willowmere to live independently. One of the wonderful things about this role is the variety, no two days will be the same! Customer support is key to this role - you will be the face of the organization, dealing in person with customers, visitors and external partners. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a true people person, always on the lookout for opportunities to improve and enhance YHG's service to our customers. What will my working week look like? You will be based onsite at Willowmere, situated in Middlewich. Your work hours will be 35 hours per week. We operate a two-week rota which includes working alternate Saturdays 10-2. Week 1:Monday 8am to 5pm, Tuesday 8am to 2pm, Wednesday 8am to 1pm, Thursday 8am to 5pm Friday 8am to 5pm Week 2:Monday 8am to 4pm, Wednesday 8am to 5pm, Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 10am to 2pm What will I be responsible for doing?

This role is really suited to someone who likes to interact with customers and deliver a people centric service, particularly to older people, who can deal with a wide range of situations with empathy, sensitivity and diplomacy.
