Full Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support effective cash collection and minimise disputes
- Proactively chase outstanding invoices ahead of audits via phone, email, and MS Teams to ensure timely payment
- Work closely with Operations, Credit Control, and Management teams to resolve customer financial queries quickly and efficiently
- Escalate complex issues where appropriate to ensure swift resolution and a positive customer experience
- Support initiatives to reduce client withdrawals due to non-payment
- Produce monthly reports for Senior Management, highlighting collections performance, disputes, pending suspensions, and key trends
- Develop a strong understanding of certification processes (full training provided) to effectively resolve customer queries
- Assist with annual processes and handle any related customer or financial queries.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Experience in credit control, collections, or customer account management
- Proactive approach with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Hybrid role, with 2 days per week attendance in our High Wycombe office
