Retail Team Supervisor

We are looking for a full-time Retail Team Supervisor to work within our LUU Co-op franchise. Assisting the other Retail Team Supervisors & the Assistant Store Manager in a customer-focused environment, you will be passionate about working to high standards and delivering consistently great customer service whilst leading the team.

You will utilise your communication skills and gain first-hand experience in working alongside a team of student and full-time staff. You will get to enjoy a mix of operational shifts; as well as developing your skills and understanding of Co-op & LUU operational practices, including, stock takes, stock management control processes, retail standards & customer service., If you are a highly motivated, passionate and enthusiastic individual who is a great communicator, then we would love to hear from you! You will need to be an excellent team player, give fantastic customer service and have a passion for working in a busy, fast paced vibrant environment.
