Full Job Description
We're looking for a Retail Team Member to welcome visitors to the National Trust shop at Bodnant, to answer their questions and help them make the most of their day., As a member of the retail team, you'll be offering visitors help and advice with their shopping. You'll have high standards of presentation in the shop while providing excellent service to all customers. You'll also be able to talk to them about how everything they buy helps to fund the work of the National Trust. Other duties may include arranging, receiving and unpacking deliveries, creating shop displays and working with others in the team to keep the shop floor clean and organised. Working Pattern: Flexible working will be required, including one weekend day each week. Typical hours are 10.00-17.15. Occasional late evenings will be required during a three week period in May/June. Working days may vary to meet operational needs. Some bank holidays will be worked in line with a fair rota.
