The team are looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor to join the management team within the retail store. To apply, you must be available to work a variable shift pattern including evenings, and weekends. The successful candidates will be experienced team players, able to demonstrate: Substantial retail sales experience, with a proven ability to deliver strong commercial performance in an exceptionally busy, customer-facing environment Supervisory or line management experience, with confidence motivating, supporting, and supervising teams to achieve sales, service, and operational
