12-13 Dean Street The Telford Ctr, TELFORD TF3 4BT

Hours:

16 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours

Shifts:

Flexible to include evenings and weekends.

Salary:

£13.50 per hour

• From keeping shelves stocked and the store looking its best, to helping reduce shrinkage and till errors, you'll play a big part in helping the team hit targets and keep things running smoothly.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred


• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service


• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills


• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
