- Lead daily retail store operations, ensuring top-tier guest service and operational efficiency.
- Manage product merchandising, displays, and store organization.
- Hire, train, and motivate a passionate retail team.
- Drive sales through product knowledge and strategic promotions.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
- Handle cash management, reporting, and financial reconciliation.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual appeal, and brand standards.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a hospitality setting. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Expertise in merchandising, inventory management, and product promotion.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
