From motivating your team to taking responsibility for the shop floor, you'll keep our store running like clockwork, thriving in a fast-paced and challenging environment. What you'll do

• Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles


• Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks


• Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you


• Manage operations within your store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager


• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure smooth shifts


• Provide the best experience for customers during every visit

• Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a busy, fast-paced environment


• Ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team


• Patience and a friendly manner, with the ability to remain calm in any situation
