Retail Shift Leader

• You'll run the show on shift front and centre with customers, serving up smiles (and doughnuts!), boosting sales, and keeping everything safe, clean, and on point.You'll guide your team, build them up, and keep the energy buzzing. You'll be hands-on: working the till, serving up hot & cold drinks, boxing up those irresistible treats, and making our cabinet look as good as our doughnuts taste.
• You'll also jump into the behind-the-scenes magic: stock checks, weekly wrap-ups, team recruitment, and making sure everyone's happy to be here. When your manager's away, you'll hold down the fort like a boss.
  
  You've got experience running the floor or you're ready to rise and shine into that next step.
• You lead with heart people-first, customer-obsessed, and all about good vibes.
• You're a team player who takes ownership and makes things happen.
• You've got full availability and flexibility weekends, weekdays, the whole shebang.

As part of the team in this uniquely designed store, you'll be the friendly face serving up fresh doughnuts and drinks, welcoming every customer with a smile, and keeping the store running smoothly throughout the day. This role does involve lone working at times, so you'll need to be confident working independently - and for that reason, all applicants must be 18 or over. We'll provide all the training you need - just bring your positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a love for making people happy day a little bit sweeter.
