Full Job Description

As Retail Sales Assistant, you will support the delivery of retail operations across National Museums Liverpool's venues, helping to maximise sales and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day retail activities.

Working closely with colleagues across Commercial Enterprises, you will provide excellent customer service, maintain high standards of presentation and merchandising, and contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every visitor. Through a proactive and customer-focused approach, you will help drive commercial performance and contribute to the continued success of our retail offer.
