Represent partner brands professionally within retail locations
Engage with customers face to face to promote products and offers
Deliver clear and accurate product information
Create a positive in-store customer experience
Build rapport with customers and respond to enquiries confidently
Support in-store promotional activities and campaigns
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets
Strive Collective is a London-based promotions and marketing company that partners with a variety of established brands to deliver engaging in-store promotional campaigns. We are currently seeking confident, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Assistants.
This position suits someone who enjoys working in a retail environment, is comfortable engaging with customers in person, and is looking to develop valuable skills in sales and brand representation., Confident communicating with customers in person

Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
