Accuracy and timeliness of operational reporting and administration.
Achievement of inventory accuracy and stock management targets.
Timely resolution of operational issues and store support requests.
Compliance with operational procedures and audit requirements.
Effective support of retail projects and operational initiatives.
Positive feedback from store teams and internal stakeholders.
Contribution to operational efficiency improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Previous experience in a retail operations, retail administration or stock control environment.
Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple teams.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
Confidence working with data, reports and operational systems.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
