We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Retail Sales Assistant to join the team in our flagship boutique in Morpeth, Northumberland.

This is a dual-aspect role. You'll spend part of your time working with staff and volunteers to sort out donations and provide a brilliant in-store experience for customers and donors. The rest of the time, you'll be supporting our Retail Manager in building our online sales through platforms like eBay and Vinted. You'll spot the items with online potential, style them, photograph them, create eye-catching listings and help turn donations into vital income for our charity.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves retail but wants something a little different. You will have the chance to shape our online shop, bring your own ideas, and make a real impact while helping support the work of our charity.
