Retail Marketing Apprentice

Reporting into the Retail Marketing team, you will work alongside experienced marketing professionals and gain exposure to a variety of channels, stakeholders and marketing disciplines. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment whilst building a strong foundation for a career in marketing. By combining academic study with practical work experience, this apprenticeship offers the opportunity to develop your marketing knowledge whilst contributing to real business outcomes.,

• Support the planning and delivery of retail marketing campaigns across New Car and Motability programmes
• Assist in the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including CRM, digital, social media and offline activity
• Help coordinate campaign assets, offers, creative materials and dealership information
• Support local dealership marketing activity and its alignment with national manufacturer campaigns
• Assist with the planning and delivery of experiential marketing events, including logistics and on-site support
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, channel specialists and external agencies to support campaign delivery
• Assist with CRM activity, testing campaigns and learning best practice audience targeting techniques
• Gain exposure to digital marketing channels including paid media, website activity and social campaigns
• Support campaign tracking, performance monitoring and reporting
• Develop an understanding of marketing metrics, campaign effectiveness and return on investment
• Assist with budget tracking and campaign administration
• Ensure activity follows brand guidelines, GDPR requirements and advertising regulations
• Learn how AI and emerging technologies can support marketing planning, content creation and campaign delivery
• Stay up to date with industry developments, consumer trends and competitor activity
