Retail Customer Service Assistant

As the face of our store, you'll play a key role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting the day-to-day running of our petrol filling station and convenience store. What you'll be doing Delivering friendly, professional and helpful customer service. Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the till. Replenishing stock and maintaining high store presentation standards. Ensuring compliance with health, safety and company procedures. Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of both the forecourt and store. Contributing to a safe, welcoming and efficient environment for customers and colleagues. What we'll need from you A passion for customer service and helping people.

A positive, reliable and hardworking attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges. The ability to work effectively as part of a team. Retail experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to licensing regulations and lone working requirements.
