Full Job Description
As our Retail Coordinator, you will take active ownership of our day-to-day operations, bridging the gap between hands-on team leadership and retail execution. This is an ideal role for an ambitious supervisor or team leader looking to develop advanced skills in the retail industry. You will coordinate essential workflows, drive stock efficiency, build effective staff rotas, and guide a service-driven team to hit key financial targets., Operations & Scheduling: Coordinate day-to-day trading activities to ensure stores run efficiently. Lead the planning, creation, and communication of staff schedules.
Stock & E-Commerce Management: Understand and oversee the product purchasing process, monitor stock levels, coordinate order placement, and manage the end-to-end workflow of our independent stores' website (including web and bespoke orders).
Team Leadership: Coordinate, guide, and coach the floor team. Facilitate performance tracking using LUU development tools to help individuals achieve their best.
Commercial Drive: Monitor, analyze, and report on store sales to ensure financial returns meet budgets and KPI targets.
