Retail Control Room Operator

As a National Control Centre Operator based in our Leeds office, you will be the central link for the Retail Sector of our business. Ensuring the safety and welfare of our frontline staff and providing critical support to field based managers across our retail contracts. Key Responsibilities Frontline Welfare & Safety: Monitor the health, safety and welfare of field based personnel (Security Officers) via scheduled welfare calls. Executive effective escalation procedures in response to missed calls or potential emergencies. Incident Management: Produce timely, accurate incident reports for immediate circulation to senior operational management Act as primary contact for the general public, frontline employees, clients and G4S management team. Operational Support & Scheduling: Manage scheduling and the deployment of security personnel to meet contractual client requirements across the UK Support field based teams in navigating G4S processes and internal systems. Data & Administration: Undertake ad hoc tasks including data collation and organisation to support frontline operational efficiency

• Call Centre Experience
• Excellent computer skills
