Retail Catering Team Leader - LRI

To provide effective supervision within the retail catering team ensuring a continued professional and a professional retail catering service is delivered to meet the needs of the service., Display a high standard of personal hygiene and presentation and demonstrate good hygiene practices. Observe confidentiality of patients and employing trusts business at all times. Food Safety checks, processes and policies are adhered to within the department. Communicate and liaise effectively within work colleagues, Managers and clinical teams in accordance with Trust values. HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) temperature control, correct storage etc is adhered to. Patient/Customer Service Ensuring that consistently a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times
