Full Job Description
This role is a development opportunity as part of career pathways to support the existing on-site retail and bar areas, providing a friendly and welcoming service to our young guests, families and other visitors. You'll ensure the Retail team keeps these areas stocked, organised and visually appealing, encouraging creativity with shop & bar displays to keep them fresh and fun, and share your marketing ideas to enhance our retail environments. You'll work to maximise productivity and profitability across the department through effective stock management, spending incentives and cash handling. You'll also run a programme of 'Bar Entertainment' for our guests to increase customer satisfaction and spend per head. Is this you?

You'll be responsible for the line management, induction and training of Retail/Housekeeping Assistants, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements, company policies and PGL standards.
