As our Assistant Manager you will…
+ Support, motivate and develop a high-performing team

+ Take ownership of the store in the absence of the Store Manager

+ Have supervisory or management experience in fast paced Retail, Hospitality or Leisure environment.
+ Are confident, proactive and passionate about people
+ Love delivering exceptional service and boosting customer confidence
+ Have strong commercial awareness and are KPI-focused
+ Are a clear communicator who leads by example
+ Thrive in an inclusive culture built on empowerment and authenticity.
