Full Job Description

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to:

  • Recruit,
    • inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
  • Drive
    • sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
  • Create
    • a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
  • Ensure
    • operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.

  • Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years
  • Passion
    • for customer service & sales.
  • Strong
    • decision-making & problem-solving skills.
  • A
    • results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
  • Willingness
    • to carry out piercing services for our customers - with full training provided (Optional)
