Full Job Description
As an Assistant Store Manager, youll work alongside the Store Manager to:
- Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
- Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
- Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
- Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
Previousexperience in retail management, ideally 1+years - Passion for customer service & sales.
- Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers with full training provided (Optional)
Location:49 High Street, Shirley, Southampton, Shirley SO15 3NN GBRHours per Week:39 hoursShift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.Salary: Up to £31,600 Per AnnumWhy Superdrug?
