Retail Assistant - Kingston Upon Thames

As a Retail Assistant at Unilever Kingston, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, clean and safe environment for colleagues and visitors. You'll deliver a high standard of customer service while supporting the day-to-day operation of the site. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in delivering excellent service and can maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do:

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the site
• Demonstrate ownership of issues and communicate solutions promptly
• Support a safe and pleasant environment for all building users and visitors
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
• Follow all Health & Safety and environmental procedures
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure service delivery standards are met
