Join us as a Casual Retail Assistant, where you'll create memorable matchday moments for every fan. What You'll Do: Serve guests with energy, warmth, and efficiency Deliver food and beverages (including alcohol) quickly and professionally Working as part of a passionate team to keep the operation running smoothly Handle payments and transactions accurately Supporting with kiosk set up and clean-down before and after events

Excellent communication and customer service skills A friendly, approachable personality and the ability to work well with others The ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and event days Must be 18 or over due to alcohol service
