Retail Assistant

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Customer Services Assistant - Zero Hours to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week. • Friendly and thoughtful service - you'll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience
• Work together to make everyone's day better - supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
• Make sure the store safe and legal - keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
• Help introduce new products and services - make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
