Full Job Description
We are looking for a skilled, motivated, and forward-thinking Resuscitation Practitioner to join our dedicated Resuscitation Service.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality resuscitation training, expert clinical support, and continuous improvement in patient safety across the organisation. You will play a key role in promoting best practice, supporting multidisciplinary teams, and helping to ensure staff feel confident, competent, and prepared to respond effectively in emergency situations., As a Resuscitation Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of safe, effective, and evidence-based resuscitation practice across the Trust. Working as part of the Resuscitation Service, you will deliver engaging and high-quality training to a wide range of clinical staff, helping to build confidence and competence in the recognition and management of deteriorating patients and cardiac arrest situations.
We are seeking an individual with strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for education and patient care., You will be expected to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across a variety of clinical settings, providing expert advice, practical support, and professional leadership in relation to resuscitation and emergency care. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach, motivate and support learners with differing levels of experience and knowledge.
